It is recommended to use high resolution images when you upload - we cannot guarantee the quality of photos that have been uploaded with low resolution. Also, please ensure that your image is cropped and aligned how you would like it.

We want your magnets to be perfect, but Love Stuck does not take responsibility for images that are uploaded with low resolution or aligned incorrectly.

Magnets will usually be made within two days, however please allow up to five days for them to be made and dispatched. Please contact us by email if you need them urgently.

Love Stuck will not accept returns or provide a refund for a change of mind, or for any dissatisfaction as a result of the quality or alignment of the images that were uploaded.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, to organise a replacement.

Tracked shipping is available within in New Zealand, with NZ Post. Please allow up to five working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

For ordes of twelve magnets or less, a flat rate of $7 applies. Additional rates for rural delivery, express postage or for orders of more than twelve may apply.

Pick up is available from Amberley, North Canterbury. Please enter the code 'PICKUP' at checkout and we will contact you after your order has been processed to organise collection.
